Our foundations program is designed for anyone that is unfamiliar with functional fitness training and or is new to a group setting when working out.
what
The first step is to complete our foundations (or on-ramp) program which consists of 3 one-hour technique classes to help you build a foundation. The program includes a 30-day introductory membership that includes unlimited group classes (including boot camp) as well as anytime access to the facility.
As a bonus, you will be given access to our SugarWOD app that makes tracking your progress simple!

We have group classes 6 days a week:
Monday thru Thursday :
5:30am - 6:30am 9:00am - 10:00am, 4:30pm - 5:30pm, 5:30pm - 6:30pm, 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Friday's schedule is the same as Monday thru Thursday minus the afternoon classes 5:30pm-6:30pm and 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Saturday
8:00am - 9:00am, 9:00am - 10:00am

Complete the online registration which includes your personal information, our gym waiver and payment.
You will receive a welcome packet via email explaining gym policies.
One of our coaches will contact you to set up a day and time for your first training session.
