Our number one goal is to improve the physical and mental health of our community; especially, the physical and mental health of our veterans. We are veteran owned and understand how complicated the transition to civilian life can be.
The CrossFit community can provide a stepping stone that helps veterans feel less alone as they reacclimate to civilian life.
In the CrossFit community, you may have heard of a 'hero' workout. A hero workout is a tribute to a fallen first responder or a member of the military that died in the line of duty.
We take these workouts very seriously. We often use the workouts as events and create a fund raiser to support our local community. Most recently we completed MURPH and raised funds for The Warrior's Art Room in Easthampton.
